Developed Message Security Protocol (predecessor to S/MIME) licensed to Microsoft Exchange & Outlook to produce the first PKI-based messaging system for DoD worldwide.
First to license RSA patents in USA for HSM's and smart cards to produce first operational "algorithm agile" PKI for government and commercial entities; First DoD patent license for Elliptic Curve Crypto Algorithms.
